3 Days Checking, Replacement, and Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-Day Checking, Replacement, and Exchange Policy.
What does it mean?
You have 3 days (72 hours) after delivery to check your product for any issues. If you find a problem, just call or WhatsApp us at +92 331 7255129 or email us. We will verify and process your request accordingly.
Damaged Product Policy
Sometimes delicate items may get damaged during delivery. To help you, please follow these rules:
- Report any damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
- Do not throw away the product or its packaging.
- Take a photo of the damaged product and send it to our official WhatsApp: +92 331 7255129.
If you don’t report the damage within 24 hours, we won’t be able to claim it from the courier, and we cannot take responsibility.
If you report within 24 hours:
- We will replace the damaged fabric or shade free of cost.
- If you want to return the damaged item, our standard return policy will apply.
- Refunds will be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer once we receive and inspect the product.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for both defective and non-defective items/suits, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received (delicate items may be handled with special consideration).
- The product must include all original packaging, boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
- The product and its packaging must not be damaged, altered, or marked in any way.
You can request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a defect or issue.
- You wish to exchange a non-defective item/suit (e.g., size, preference, or selection change), provided it meets the eligibility criteria above.
Refund & Replacement Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item/suit and complete the inspection:
- Replacement requests will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
- Refund requests will also be processed within 5 to 7 working days through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
Additional Terms
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Step 2: Repack the Item
Follow our instructions and repack the product in its original packaging.
Step 3: Ship to Us
Send the parcel to our given address via Post Office only.
